This event is specifically designed for university students from any institution and field of study, fostering teamwork and collaboration among peers.

Application Process

It's important to note that submitting an application does not guarantee participation in the event. After the application period closes, all submissions will be carefully reviewed, and applicants will receive an email confirming or declining their participation.

Team Registration

Participants have the option to register either as part of a pre-formed team or on an individual basis. For those applying without a team, we will assign you to one, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to participate.

Team Composition

• Teams are limited to a maximum of four members.
• Teams with two or three members may undergo adjustments to ensure optimal team sizes.
• Individuals without a team will be placed into existing teams needing additional members or grouped with other individual applicants to form a new team.
• What happens if my team is not made up of 4 people, or if I don't have a team? No worries! If your team isn't complete or if you're flying solo, we'll find teammates the first day of the event, before hacking starts. We prioritize creating teams for those who are solo or in smaller groups, aiming to match you based on the challenge you’re interested in tackling, as well as ensuring a balance of skills within each team. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and combine talents for an exciting hackathon experience.

Preferences and Tracks

All applicants, whether registering as a team or individually, can express their track preferences. You can either apply for one of the tracks or both.

Team Finalization

The composition of final teams will be announced on this page on the morning of the event during the opening ceremony.
